Andrew Sommerhalder - Toronto Finance Manager

Andrew Sommerhalder is a Toronto-based finance manager at Assembly Corp., where he leads accounting and finance functions. Andrew Sommerhalder oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and year-end processes for the modular wood construction company.

Mr. Sommerhalder draws on more than 20 years of accounting and business management experience across construction, education technology, manufacturing, travel management, retail, and nonprofit organizations. His work includes preparing financial statements, monitoring project budgets and profitability, managing working capital, and supporting financial reporting for leadership and board members.

Before joining Assembly Corp. in 2025, Mr. Sommerhalder served as financial manager for Arrowsmith Program Inc. and as group controller for Envision Sales Inc. In those positions, he managed consolidated and multicurrency reporting, developed forecasts and cash-flow plans, and oversaw accounting processes across related companies.

Mr. Sommerhalder is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds the CPA and CGA designations. He completed accounting studies at Seneca College and earned a bachelor of science from the University of Toronto.
